Sorry I haven’t posted this week, I’ve been busy preparing my liver for my Law 10-year reunion this weekend. But I still have something for you. Here’s an article I wrote about Facebook and privacy for McGill’s Faculty of Law magazine, Focus online. It lacks my usual sarcastic snark you’ve come to love, but it’s educational I guess.
Good read at your linked publications.mcgill.ca article Al.
I’m comfortable with what I post, link, share. It is up to the individual to be aware and intelligent but we should be wary of commercial interest that go above the heads of sign-ups.. My latest issue with Facebook is/was their force-linking of services with no out for the user; http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2393808,00.asp#fbid=vq7NEDgSbpP (since, somewhat fixed).

Thx for the excellent tip Steve! I’ll have to write about this. Unfortunately it means I have to read a Supreme Court case. Blech.
Five Years by David Bowie, thats what I will be locked up for.
